Masters Villas Owners:

We wanted to make inbound guests aware of the recent short-term closure of the Vistas Sports Center. This is your access to a hot tub, pickle ball courts and a workout facility. We had very little notice of their plan to close and hope that this would not be an issue for your vacation plans. There are a few options that you can consider:

1-      Reschedule without a change fee during the 2023 year.

2-      Extend your 2023 week into 2024 for a $99 extension fee. We would waive the change or cancellation fee.

3-      Come to Mesquite and make the most of your time. Utilize the Mesquite Recreation Center and their amenities at your own cost. $3 for kids or teens, $6 adults, and $3 seniors -60 plus. $40 group of 12.

We would love to pick up the cost, but that is out of our budget parameters.

Please let us know what you would like to do as soon as possible. All changes must be made a week prior to the reservation. We would not be able to make a change to the reservation within 7 days of arrival without a cancellation fee of $50.

Exchange guests, please contact your exchange company to make arrangements if this will change your vacation needs

• CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 P.M. Please contact the office to schedule your time of arrival. This helps us prioritize the order of villa cleaning. We recommend that you DO NOT do your grocery shopping prior to check-in, as we cannot guarantee daily temperatures or the specific time the villa will be available for occupancy. 

• CHECK-OUT -Mandatory 10:00 A.M. Any late check-outs will incur a $50 per 1/2-hour fee, beginning at 10:01 a.m.  Please note, if your villa requires additional cleaning, beyond the basic cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing, there will be additional charges. Damage to towels, furniture, golf carts, walls, etc., will be billed to the guest staying in the villa. If items are left behind, shipping will be the responsibility of the guest. Please help keep YOUR timeshare-home away from home- in good shape. 

AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN'S ARE NO LONGER AT THE EUREKA HOTEL

PLEASE CONTACT THE MASTERS VILLAS OFFICE BEFORE YOUR STAY TO MAKE AFTER HOUR LOCK-BOX ARRANGEMENTS.

• POOLS AND HOT TUBS: Masters Villas private pool is open but not heated. The hot tub is currently not open due to a leak and ongoing supply chain issues. If you are in the pool area, please do not move furniture. Children must always be accompanied by an adult. DO NOT PROP THE GATE OPEN! POOL ACCESS WILL BE REVOKED IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW POOL RULES. 10:00 P.M. QUIET TIME MUST BE OBSERVED. (As we continue to make improvements to the pool area, temporary pool closures may be necessary.)

• The Vistas Sports Center is closed for renovation until late February.

• PET POLICY? ONLY OFFICIAL ADA SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED AT THE RESORT. We need to be advised of a service animal PRIOR to your stay. An emotional support animal is not an ADA Service Animal. Your pet may be well behaved, non-shedding, just visiting with a friend for a few hours, a cat in a cage, or a fur baby, but they are not allowed at this time. If you do have a service animal that is an ADA service animal, please contact us prior to your arrival so we can prepare for their visit. The service animal may never be left alone in a villa, EVER. The following villas may NEVER house any type of service animal or otherwise: Villas 953, 961 or 967. These villas must remain animal free per legal advice. Please let management know if you will need to be moved from one of these three villas to accommodate a service animal. Failure to comply with our NO PET POLICY will result in hourly cleaning rates and may incur a $500 fine or more, depending on time of required cleaning.

• MID-WEEK CLEANINGS: We offer complimentary light cleanings on Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Housekeeping will restock your paper supplies during the cleaning. Contact the office or housekeeping to schedule your cleaning time. 

• ITEMS AVAILABLE IN VILLA:  All villa kitchens have bakeware, pots, pans, salt, pepper, assorted spices, including salt and pepper and a few other items generally found in the kitchen. Dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, and garbage bags are provided for a standard weekly stay. We can provide additional kitchen items such as larger pans or pots, bakeware, electric griddles, etc., upon request, during normal business hours. Roll-a-ways and air-mattresses will incur a minimal weekly charge. Kids dish sets, highchairs, and pack-n-plays are also available upon request at no additional charge.  

• VILLA OCCUPANCY AND SUPPLIED ITEMS: The villas are stocked with enough supplies for the maximum villa occupancy of 6 guests, although kitchen plates and supplies will still include settings for 8. We will restock paper supplies once during the week during your complimentary midweek cleaning. If your occupancy exceeds this amount, we would appreciate you purchasing your own additional supplies. Smith’s Grocery, Walmart, and several Dollar stores in Mesquite carry additional supplies at reasonable rates.

• BONUS TIME: Short stay BONUS TIME for owners is available within 90 days of the arrival date. Full week Bonus Time is now $900 for owners, cleaning fee included. Non-owner rates are $185 per night, $1295 per week, with a 2-night minimum during the same week (Friday - Friday). See the Bonus Time calendar for availability. BONUS TIME RATES FOR OWNERS AND NON-OWNERS HAS CHANGED AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2022. The cleaning fee for short stays has been removed. 

• The Vistas Sports Center is CLOSED FOR RENOVATION UNTIL LATE FEBRUARY. You may not bring in outside food or coolers. See their Facebook page for rules and updates. A new electronic key card is required for entry. Only 6 people per villa allowed at the Vistas at any one time/per electronic key card. The Vistas is not managed by Masters Villas Resort. We are members of the Vistas HOA and adhere to their policies. 

• Golf courses are open except for overseed in September. Please see our Facebook website for the overseed schedule. Discounts for Masters Villas guests and owners are offered at The Oasis Golf Club courses (Palmer and Canyons) and Falcon Ridge. Please book tee times through the courses directly or at https://theoasisgolfclub.com. We do not provide golf course rate information. Please contact the golf courses directly for this information.

• Zion National Park - Please check the website and/or Facebook to make sure trails are open and there are no weather issues.   www.nps.gov/zion/index.htm   

• All villas are deep cleaned and sanitized after every check-out.

• Masters Villas Resort is following the guidelines established by the CDC, Southern Nevada Health District, and the American Hotel and Lodging Association. Guests should be aware that even with enhanced cleaning, there is still a risk associated with travel. Masters Villas is taking every precaution to reduce further transmission in our community.

All villas are ground level; the living area is approximately 1650 sq. feet, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, and a garage with a personal golf cart which can be used around the resort. A fully equipped kitchen, service for 8, breakfast bar, & dining room table. Handicap villas are available upon request.

Each villa has a large family room with a queen size hide-a-bed sofa, love seat, & leather recliner. The master bathroom has an over-sized jetted whirlpool tub, a separate free-standing shower, dual sinks on the vanity & a hair dryer.

Free internet is provided in every villa. There are (3) flat screen HD TV's that are connected to Direct TV, with DVD & CD players. Each villa is equipped with its own washer, dryer, ironing board & iron. Outside the back door there is a private Bar-B-Q, patio chairs & table, either on a balcony or semi-private backyard.

There is a quaint, private gated pool & hot tub on site, plus full usage rights at the Member Only - Mesquite Vistas Country Club located just down the block. The Vistas has a large outdoor pool, hot tub, weight room, tennis, pickle ball, horseshoes, basketball, & many other activities. Masters Villas has their own private tee boxes adjacent to the villas at the Oasis driving range. The resort offers complimentary practice range balls available from the Oasis Golf Club with proof of reservation.

We would love to have you visit our little corner of the world, just 80 miles North of Las Vegas, Nevada. We are 90 minutes away from Zion National Park and several state parks including Valley of Fire and Snow Canyon State Park. Bring your ATVs or rent locally, taking an adventurous drive through the desert or on the Parashant National Monument. It will be a wonderful addition to your vacation memories. Mesquite includes 7 local golf courses and Masters Villas guests receive discounts at 3 of the local courses.
